A Pop-up Holiday Gift Shop
Friends of Allan Gardens will be hosting a volunteer-run Pop-Up Holiday Gift Shop to get us into the festive spirit! This is a fundraiser for our organization. Your support helps us run free and accessible programs for the community!
Happening the first three weekends in December from 10:30 AM to 12:30 AM. Saturday & Sunday mornings only! Don't miss them! Learn more here.
Two Family Drop-In Programs
We are hosting a family drop-in program in November to teach kids about the importance of soil health. We will be joined by Cheyenne Sundance and Yousef Abdelsalam who have some wonderful activities planned including using digital microscopes to peer into the nanosized life in the soil! In December, we will be hosting a holiday crafts drop-in program! All families are welcome!
Palm House Construction & Temporary Entrances

A friendly reminder that the central Palm House building is closed for construction. Four greenhouses in the complex remain open to the public 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., last entry is at 4:45pm. Admission is free. Accessible entrances to the conservatory are available in two locations (see map below). Portable washrooms can be found in the contractor parking lot area near the playground. The Palm House restoration work is due to wrap up in late 2024. Stay tuned for more updates!
