Attention Kids & Families! Let’s get more GREEN TIME and less SCREEN TIME this March Break!
GreenThumbs Growing Kids & the Friends of Allan Gardens have teamed up to bring you four days of nature-based activities this March Break! Designed for children aged 3 to 12. Older and younger siblings are welcome. Parent or Guardian supervision is required at all times. Each day will be slightly different, so you're welcome to join all four! Activities include seed starting, plant identification, arts and crafts, and scavenger hunts. Participation is free. No registration required. Donations to support program delivery are welcome!
When? Happening four mornings during March Break. Monday March 10th to Thursday March 13th, from 10am to 12pm. There will be no programs on Friday March 14th.
Where? In the Allan Gardens Children’s Conservatory, located by Jarvis & Carlton, on the west side of the park. Address is 19 Horticultural Ave, Toronto, ON, M5A 2P2
Access to the Allan Gardens Children's Conservatory, and to the washrooms in the buildings are barrier free. Doors to access the program area are manual, please ask a staff member or volunteer for assistance if needed.
Please choose public or active transportation. Note that there is no parking on site. There is paid street parking along Carlton St. and Gerrard St., as well as a Green P parking lot at 405 Sherbourne St.
