Pollinator Playground: Family Planting Day

Do you like getting your hands dirty and helping nature in the city thrive? You can “bee” a friend to local pollinators by helping to plant the park’s new Pollinator Playground demonstration garden!

Kids and parents can join Friends of Allan Gardens volunteers to plant pollinator-friendly wildflowers in the garden, and then take home a seed packet to start their very own pollinator plants.

Masks are required to participate. Families will be spaced 2m apart when planting.

For more info or to ask questions, please contact Diana Teal at info@friendsofallangardens.ca

* Please note that we have switched from the original date to the rain date for this program.
