✨ A Plant Swap is a fun way to meet others in the plant hobby and a way to expand your collection without the need for money! Here's how it works:
1. Bring pest free cuttings, plants and seeds to trade & mingle with others who have also brought plants to trade.
2. Spot something you would like to trade for and ask the person if you have anything they would like to trade.
3. You either come to an agreement in what you want to offer or they decline.
4. Now look for another potential swap and repeat as much as you'd like!
If you can't find someone to trade with please come to our table as we are happy to make a trade with you, no one should go without a swap! There will also be a free table for those to take or leave as they please. In case you're not looking to bring anything back, feel free to leave plants on this table!
If you donate to our raffles keep hold of your ticket and stick around as we will be announcing a winner hourly. *Only those that are present will be able to redeem.
✨ Come Ready:
There will be tables for those who need the space but we encourage you to bring a box to carry your things in and make it easier to trade amongst others while people move around.
If possible please provide I.D. tags for what you bring and care cards are encouraged as well.
If it gets super busy, please be prepared to wait in line outdoors, or come back later.
Come on foot, by bike, or take transit. If you drive, please park in accordance with the posted parking regulations.
Proceeds go towards ensuring Friends of Allan Gardens community programming remains free and accessible to all.
Also featuring treats provided by Double Batch Bakery, a local small batch bakery. Nut-free and Vegan Friendly.
