๐ Sunday in the Park, Urban Agriculture Week Open House & A Performance by Lillian Allen!
Date: Sunday September 17th, 1pm to 5pm, Edible Garden activities ends at 3pm. Note: Previous invitation stated the event started at 11am. The event now starts at 1pm.
Location: West side of Allan Gardens by the Children's Conservatory.
Last summer, TMU's Office of Social Innovation hosted dozens of community groups in the park, and they'll be doing it again this month! This is a great opportunity to meet all the super-cool organizations doing work in the neighbourhood.
From 1pm to 3pm, The Friends of Allan Gardens will be hosting an Edible Garden Open House for Urban Agriculture Week during the event! Come by to learn about food gardening in the city! Learn more about Urban Agriculture Week here.
At 3pm, Torontoโs new Poet Laureate, Lillian Allen, and her Revolutionary Tea Party will be performing LIVE in the park!
